Processing Time

• During high-demand drops, processing may extend by 1–2 days.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited options (where available) are shown at checkout.
• Real-time tracking is emailed when your order ships.

International Shipping

• Delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by country/region).
• Duties & Taxes: May be charged by your local customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can try to update your address—reach out ASAP with your order number.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item cost excluding shipping.

Preorders & Special Drops

Preorder items ship on the timeline stated on the product page. Orders with both in-stock and preorder items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
