πŸ” Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Sale / Discounted / Clearance items

  • Personalized / Limited Edition items

  • Items damaged due to wear, use, or washing

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery


πŸ”„ Size Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange, subject to stock availability.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@thebillionairez.com

  2. Include:

    • Order Number

    • Item Name

    • Size you want instead

  3. Return the product to the shipping label we provide

  4. After inspection, your new size will be shipped


πŸ’³ Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless:

  • A wrong product was shipped

  • The item received is defective/damaged

Eligible refunds are processed as:

  • Store Credit / Gift Card (valid for 1 Year)

In rare approved cases, refunds to the original payment method may take 5–7 working days.


🚫 Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Order Number

Once verified, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
